If you are interested in any of the pets listed here, you may send us a completed application or if you would like further information prior to completing the application, please send an e-mail or give us a call at 214-550-2648. Upon completion of our application form, we would be happy to make arrangements for you to meet the animal. Our application process is as follows:

Complete our application and either email or fax it to us (fax number: 214-550-2648)
Veterinarian check and home visit
Upon approval, there is a contract we will ask you to sign
The adoption fee is $175 for dogs and $150 for cats, cash or check (this fee helps offset some of our expenses listed on the Adoption Fee page)

All Tassie's Hope Animal Rescue animals are current on vaccinations, have been tested for heartworms and have been spayed or neutered. Those of us who volunteer our time and talent to Tassie's Hope Animal Rescue are committed to placing our animals in forever homes where they will be loved and cared for for the rest of their lives.
